Early Years

website home pageThrough our practice , we have developed an open questions improvisation method for working with Early Years. Story is at the heart of all our sessions. We use teacher-in -role work, storytelling, puppets, games, song, dance, music and multi-sensory play to involve the children in the adventure. We make the most of their natural ability to fall into role-play. Once the children are immersed in the imaginary world, they are  then invited to make decisions and solve problems. Many teachers tell us how their children happily chat about their experience long after our visit.

‘My 5 year old’s usually shy, but to my surprise he was up and acting and shouting out his ideas. He was completely involved, and such a great story.’ Kirstie Anderson. Bog Baby – Grassington Festival 2017
